Return and exchange policy

Return and exchange policy:


1)Basic conditions for return and exchange application:


1. After the goods receipt, please check whether the outer package is damaged. If there is any damage, you may choose to reject the goods and contact the customer service personnel for treatment;


2. In cases of any quality problem, incorrect delivery or missing delivery of the goods received, please contact customer service personnel within 3 days after receipt, inform the specific situation of quality problems and product quantity and meanwhile provide corresponding picture evidences for our verification;


3. For the buyer's own reasons (such as inappropriate size, dislike, etc.), under the condition of ensuring that the goods are brand new, the packaging is intact and the secondary sales of the goods is not affected, it shall be handled within 15 days according to the receipt date;


4. Ensure the completeness of the accessories and freebies of returned or exchanged goods as well as the issued invoices or sales particulars;


2)Conditions for rejection of return and exchange:


1. Goods affected for secondary sale due to the customer’s wearing, washing or man-made stain or damage;


2. Goods that have been modified and processed;


3. Freebies, tags, accessories or outer packaging are damaged or lost;


4. It is indicated in seckilling, promotion and other activities that no return or exchange of goods is permitted, and the current activity descriptions shall prevail;


5. Goods exceeding 15 days from the date of shipment (the split order is subject to the delivery time of the last order);


3)Express selection

1. Please have the returned or exchanged goods sent back by express delivery. For freight collect cases without consensus, it shall be rejected and the return or exchange shall not be handled;


2. If the goods are sent back directly without the approval of customer service, we will not bear the responsibility of storage, re-delivery and refund. If necessary, we reserve the right to dispose of the retained goods;


3. For the return of goods caused by incorrect delivery or quality problems, please firstly communicate with the customer service to arrange return delivery.
